This place is my favorite in the area, with a lovely hotel offering spacious and fantastic rooms and a friendly, attentive staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The hotel facilities were beautiful, with a stunning beach and a nice pool. The rooms were comfortable, with a comfortable bed and good linens. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a short stroll to downtown.

Appreciated every detail about my enjoyable 6 nights stay here. Overall the staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautifully decorated and huge and had a spectacular view over the ocean. The location was ideal, for example, Revolcadero was at walking distance from the hotel. The area was secure, a chilled-out base for me. The venue had a nice bar and a good restaurant.

We loved the entrance, view from the room, private beach, comfortable beds, clean areas, and delicious breakfast. The location was also convenient and the employees were extremely nice.

I recently had a perfect holiday at a hotel in Acapulco. The location was great with high security and a private beach. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were large with ocean views. The in-suite service was great, and the turn down service is a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and at a very good price. The views from the room were breathtaking and the beach was just a short walk away.

The only downside was the restaurant, which was a bit simple and the food was pricey.

Location right by two very good restaurants: Bakal, an upscale international restaurant and Su Casa, a hacienda off the beaten path in downtown and the beaches and tented areas give way to gentle waves...

The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and breathtaking with incredible views. The location was perfect, with a safe and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some variety to prevent it from becoming repetitive.

Over Christmas, I stayed at a hotel in the new Diamante zone with an excellent view of the ocean and "Revolcadero Beach". The staff were very welcoming, offering complimentary champagne and excellent customer service throughout my stay. The hotel was also very conveniently located, only 20 minutes from downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The main restaurant had a great ocean view and the food was good and decently priced.

The rooms lacked decor and electrical outlets for laptops, which made it a bit inconvenient for me when I needed to work. While the room size was spacious and clean, it felt a bit empty without any wall decor or carpeting.

We just returned from our amazing getaway at a beautiful resort. The rooms were nicely decorated with marble tile and had a great atmosphere. Although the service had some inconsistencies, the in-suite service was outstanding. The pool was stunning, and the beach area provided a scenic view. We enjoyed the warm pool and exploring the crashing waves of the ocean. The nearby restaurants Bakal and Su Casa were both fantastic. The locals had a lot of pride in the area, which made our experience even better. we had a relaxing and memorable time at this little paradise.

The exclusive amenities were just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. the Spa & wellness centre was top notch, and the massage we received there was simply amazing. the swimming pool was well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the outdoor dining area was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a lovely meal. We also loved the beautiful location - the beachfront and the sun terrace were both stunning.

The only negative aspect we experienced during our stay was a minor issue with service. While the staff was generally very friendly and helpful, we did have a small problem with slow service in the restaurant during the buffet breakfast.
